目的:通过在基层医院外科实施优质护理服务,探讨如何提高基层医院外科患者对护理服务的满意度。方法:对实施优质护理前后患者对护理服务的满意度和护理质量评分进行调查和分析。结果:实施优质护理前和实施后两组患者在入院第一天对护理服务的满意度(P>0.05),在出院当天实施优质护理前后对护理服务的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施优质护理前后的护理差错、患者需要陪护及按应灯等情况有显著差异(P<0.05);实施优质护理后患者对护理质量的评分在病情观察、护理操作、服务态度、专科技能、康复指导、生活护理、心理护理、饮食护理、基础护理和病区环境等方面均存在着显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:基层医院外科开展优质护理服务显著提高了患者对护理服务的满意度和护理质量,效果显著。
Objective: To explore how to improve the satisfaction of nursing service in surgical patients in primary hospitals by implementing quality nursing services in primary hospitals. Methods: Before and after the implementation of quality nursing care satisfaction and nursing quality of patients to conduct a survey and analysis. Results: The satisfaction of nursing service (P> 0.05) on the first day of hospitalization before and after the implementation of quality care and the satisfaction of nursing service before and after the discharge on quality control were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing errors before and after the implementation of high-quality nursing care, patients need to be accompanied by the light should be significantly different (P <0.05); after the implementation of quality nursing care of patients score in the observation of the disease, nursing operations, service attitude, Skills, rehabilitation guidance, life care, psychological care, diet care, basic nursing and ward environment were significant differences (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The quality of nursing service in primary hospitals is significantly improved in patients’ satisfaction with nursing service and nursing quality.
