近年来,频率合成技术的发展十分迅速,它不但在传统上需要使用信号源的各个方面取得了广泛的应用,而且已开拓了许多新的领域。随着半导体集成技术的发展,国外各半导体公司相继生产了多种集成化锁相环(PLL)频率合成器,连同一些PLL专用器件,总数达一百多种。集成化PLL频率合成器的出现,使频率合成技术的应用达到了新水平。它可以提高频率合成器的可靠性及其它技术指标,并可大大减轻重量,缩小体积,降低功耗,方便生产。因此,这类频率合成器现广泛用于通信、导航、广播电视以及电子仪器等设备中。
