一、前言 重钢三厂钢管车间设有65、20、15和5吨钢管拉拔机共七台,承受拔制力的重要零件牵引钩是设备的薄弱环节之一,设备运行中经常发生的牵引钩断裂事故,给生产及设备维护带来很大困难。图1是20吨拉拔机牵引钩结构示意图。在钢管拉拔过程中,牵引力的合力通过两轴的中心,因此,牵引钩本体主要是承受拉伸与弯曲的合应力。调查结果表明,钩子断裂常发生在m—n断面附近。生产实践要求我们仔细分析钩子断裂的原因,并采取相应的解决措施。
I. INTRODUCTION The steel plant of Chongqing Iron and Steel Plant No. 3 has 65, 20, 15 and 5 tons of steel pipe drawing machines in total, and one of the weak links that bear the important part of drawing force is one of the weak links in equipment operation. Traction hook fracture accident, to the production and equipment maintenance has brought great difficulties. Figure 1 is a 20 ton drawing machine traction hook structure diagram. In the drawing process of the steel pipe, the resultant force of the tractive force passes the center of the two shafts. Therefore, the main body of the pulling hook is mainly subjected to the combined stress of stretching and bending. The survey results show that the hook fracture often occurs near the m-n section. Production practice requires that we carefully analyze the reasons for the hook rupture, and take appropriate solutions.
