目的:探讨生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)表达水平与心肌梗死致心衰程度的相关性。方法:选取70例心肌梗死致心衰患者为研究对象并将其归入研究组(A组),将同一时间段入院体检的70例健康志愿者纳入对照组(B组)中。两组患者均给予静脉血检测,记录其血清中生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)表达水平,对比分析心衰程度同GDF-15间的相关性。结果:A组患者心功能Ⅰ级者13例(18.5%),心衰I度者24例(34.3%),心衰Ⅱ度者27例(38.6%),心衰Ⅲ度者6例(8.6%);A组患者血清GDF-15表达水平均明显高于B组患者(P<0.05);A组中,患者血清GDF-15表达水平随着心衰程度的增加而上升(P<0.05),两者呈正相关性。结论:血清中GDF-15水平检测可作为判断心肌梗死致心衰患者心衰程度的重要指标,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of GDF-15 and heart failure induced by myocardial infarction. Methods: Seventy patients with heart failure caused by myocardial infarction were selected as study group (A group), and 70 healthy volunteers admitted to the same time period were enrolled in control group (B group). Venous blood was measured in both groups, and the expression level of GDF-15 in serum was recorded. The correlation between the degree of heart failure and GDF-15 was analyzed. Results: In group A, 13 cases (18.5%) had grade Ⅰ cardiac function, 24 cases (34.3%) had heart failure I, 27 cases (38.6%) had heart failure Ⅱ degree and 6 cases %). Serum GDF-15 expression level in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P <0.05). In group A, serum GDF-15 expression level increased with the increase of heart failure (P <0.05) , The two are positively correlated. Conclusion: The serum GDF-15 level can be used as an important index for judging the degree of heart failure in patients with heart failure caused by myocardial infarction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
