目的研究生态保留带地栖息环境质量对普通田鼠活动格局的影响和普通田鼠对周围农作物的扩散。方法用新型无线电自动跟踪器从2003年5~10月和2004年3~9月研究了生态保留带中的普通田鼠种群。结果普通田鼠的巢区大小分别在125 m2(最小凸起多边形方法)和30 m2(Kernel法),巢区大小比较稳定,巢区日间重叠率达到90%左右,巢区基本在生态保留带之内,包括不同核心区;夏天普通田鼠的白日活动比较活跃,包括多阶段活动格局,阶段间隔时间为1.7 h。结论生态保留带对普通田鼠提供高质量的栖息环境,持续高种群密度,对周围农地不会产生危害。
Objective To study the effects of habitat environmental quality on the activity pattern of common vole (Microtus oeconomus) and the proliferation of surrounding crops by common voles. Methods A new type of radio automatic tracker was used to study the population of common vole in ecological reserve zone from May to October in 2003 and from March to September in 2004. Results The size of nesting area was 125 m2 (minimum convex polygon method) and 30 m2 (Kernel method) respectively. The size of nesting area was relatively stable, and the nesting area overlap rate was about 90% in daytime. The nesting area was basically in the ecological reserve zone , Including different core areas; daytime activities of common vole in summer are relatively active, including the multi-stage activity pattern, with an interval of 1.7 h. Conclusion The ecological reserve provides high quality habitat for common vole, continued high population density, and will not cause harm to the surrounding farmland.
