用5-Br-PADAP-H_2O分光光度法测定钒钛生铁和铸铁中的钒,不用有机试剂萃取可测定。在显色时,加入沸水有H_2O_2存在下,钒与5-Br-PADAP迅速生成稳定的红色络合物。用不加H_2O_2的本身试液作参比消除Ni、Cu、Co、Cr等有色离子干扰。此法灵敏度高,在100毫升体积中,0~60微克钒符合比尔定律。本文介绍了该法的试剂与仪器、分析步骤、条件试验等,可供生产钒钛生铁、铸铁炉前快速分析参考。
Determination of vanadium in vanadium-titanium pig iron and cast iron by 5-Br-PADAP-H_2O spectrophotometry without extraction with organic reagents. During the color development, vanadium and 5-Br-PADAP rapidly form stable red complexes in the presence of H 2 O 2 in boiling water. Without adding H_2O_2 itself as a reference solution to eliminate Ni, Cu, Co, Cr and other colored ions interference. The sensitivity of this method is high, in the volume of 100 ml, 0 ~ 60 micrograms vanadium complies with Bill’s law. This article describes the method of reagents and equipment, analysis steps, conditions, etc., for the production of vanadium-titanium pig iron, cast iron furnace before rapid reference.
