用免疫电镜方法,研究了在大鼠实验性腹膜炎自愈期间,垂体前叶ACTH细胞的变化。结果发现,注射后1、3、5、7dACTH细胞内分泌颗粒被标记的胶体金颗粒均有增多(P<0.05),而以注射后3d最多(P<0.01)。注射后3d和5d可见粗面内质网明显扩张,高尔基复合体发达。注射后7d粗面内质网仍有扩张,其分泌颗粒上所标记的金颗粒数较正常对照增多,而较第3d和5d略有减少。结果表明,在大鼠实验性腹膜炎自愈过程中,ACTH细胞功能明显增强,参与了腹膜炎自愈过程的调节。
Immunoelectron microscopy was used to study the changes of ACTH cells in the anterior pituitary during the healing of experimental peritonitis in rats. The results showed that the number of colloidal gold particles labeled by endocrine granules of ACCTH cells increased on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th day after injection (P <0.05), and reached the maximum on the 3rd day after injection (P <0.01). The rough endoplasmic reticulum was obviously dilated 3d and 5d after injection, and the Golgi complex developed. After 7 days of injection, the rough endoplasmic reticulum still dilated, and the number of gold particles labeled on the secretory granules increased more than that of the normal control, but slightly decreased on the 3rd and 5th day. The results showed that during the process of experimental peritonitis self-healing, the function of ACTH cells was significantly enhanced and involved in the regulation of peritonitis self-healing process.
