用免疫组化方法研究在实验性大鼠颅脑损伤慢性病程中BCL-2蛋白的表达变化,为颅脑损伤后经过一段时间死亡者确定损伤与死亡的关系提供依据。结果发现:BCL-2蛋白广泛表达于正常大鼠脑内,在伤后3d,其表达降低,至伤后1周降低明显,伤后4周恢复正常。提示在颅脑损伤后4周内死亡者,其死亡与颅脑外伤关系较密切。用免疫组比方法观察BCL-2蛋白在脑内的表达变化,对颅脑损伤后4周内死亡者脑损伤的确定有一定价值。
The expression of BCL-2 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in the course of chronic brain injury in experimental rats, which provided the basis for determining the relationship between injury and death after a period of time after craniocerebral injury. The results showed that BCL-2 protein was widely expressed in the brain of normal rats. The expression of BCL-2 protein was decreased 3 days after injury and significantly decreased at 1 week and returned to normal at 4 weeks after injury. Tip within 4 weeks after craniocerebral injury who died, and brain injury have a closer relationship. Immunohistochemical method to observe the expression of BCL-2 protein in the brain changes, the brain injury within 4 weeks after traumatic brain injury to determine a certain value.
