针对道路交叉口、长陡坡、急弯等特殊路段在高温条件下易产生车辙、推移等病害问题,采用一种高耐久铺装(High Durable Pavement,HDP)改性剂将普通沥青混合料改性为热固性材料。测试HDP与沥青混合物在165℃、175℃和185℃下的粘度,发现粘度在初期快速增加,随后基本保持恒定,表明HDP混合料在高温条件下具有良好的施工操作性。采用红外光谱分析HDP的固化机理,通过室内试验对比HDP沥青混合料和普通沥青高低温性能、水稳性、耐油性以及抗疲劳性能,结果显示添加HDP的沥青混合料具有良好的路用性能,适用于易产生车辙病害的道路铺装。
