近年来,关于学生出走、轻生、暴力等等的报道频频出现,有的甚至就出现在我们的周围。透过这些看似偶然的事件,我们不难发现,缺乏和谐的成长环境,往往会直接或间接地导致上述问题。戈登在《学习的革命》一书中说:“教育的终极目标应该是达到三个和谐,即与己和、与人和、与天地万物和。”爱因斯坦也说“学校的目标始终应当是:青年人在离开学校时,是作为一个和谐的人,而不是作为一个专家。”这些说法足以说明和谐在学校教育中的重要性。那么和谐从何而来呢?我认为,和谐应当从沟通中来,从信任中来。沟通,信任,和谐就是班级管理的三重境界。努力经营好每个步骤,是每一位班主任义不容辞的责任。
