在中枢神经系统,内皮素及其受体广泛分布于许多脑区和核团中。其中在与心血管功能调节密切相关的脑区和核团内皮素及其受体含量极高。中枢系统内微量注射内皮素可引起显著的心血管反应和交感活动的变化。内皮素在中枢神经系统中可作为一种神经肽,充当递质或调质,参与机体的心血管机能调节。其效应与内皮素种类、剂量及作用部位密切相关。
In the central nervous system, endothelin and its receptors are widely distributed in many brain regions and nuclei.
