各种非烧结砖的广泛应用对砌体的现场检测提出了新的要求。本研究通过吸水动力学原理以及60个不同含水率的普通烧结砖、蒸压粉煤灰砖和蒸压灰砂砖的抽水试验,得到不同砖及不同上墙含水率时砖的吸水性指标。采用回弹法和筒压法对7片砖砌体墙现场砂浆强度进行试验研究,得到了不同砖砌体中砂浆回弹值及筒压比与吸水性指标的关系,建立了各种砖砌体现场砂浆强度与砖的吸水性指标的统一表达式,为相关标准编制提供了理论依据。
A wide range of non-sintered brick masonry on-site testing put forward new requirements. In this study, water absorption indexes of bricks with different bricks and different upper wall moisture contents were obtained through the principle of water absorption dynamics and the pumping tests of 60 ordinary sintered bricks with different water contents, autoclaved fly ash bricks and autoclaved lime sand bricks. The mortar strength of 7 brick masonry walls was tested by the method of rebound and barrel pressure. The relationship between the rebound value of mortar in different brick masonry and the ratio of barrel pressure and water absorption was obtained, and various kinds of brick masonry The unified expressions of the strength of the mortar and the water absorption index of brick provide the theoretical basis for the preparation of relevant standards.
