介绍了ＴＤＭＡ数字卫星通信加／解密系统的基本组成，着重提出了该系统的接口管理子系统的设计方案与实现。经系统联调，证实了该部分的设计思想是正确可行的。
The basic composition of TDMA digital satellite communication encryption / decryption system is introduced, and the design scheme and implementation of the interface management subsystem of the system are emphatically put forward. Through the system intermodulation, confirmed that the part of the design idea is correct and feasible.
