过去计算预应力筋的摩擦损失均沿用传统的计算公式。本文介绍了一种新的概念——按T.Y.Lin教授提出的荷载平衡法将力筋形状换算成相当荷载,于是只要将法向力乘以摩擦系数求得摩擦力。该法既可计算力筋全长度内的总摩擦力,也可计算任何指定点处的摩擦损失。文中通过算例二则,清晰地说明了这种简捷的计算方法,计算结果与传统近似法十分接近。这就为大跨度预应力梁的摩擦损失,尤其是工地条件下的摩擦损失计算,提供了一种简捷的近似方法。
In the past, the friction loss of prestressing tendons was calculated using the traditional formula. This article introduces a new concept - the load balance method proposed by Professor T.Y.Lin converts the shape of a tendon to a considerable load, so that the friction force is obtained by multiplying the normal force by the friction coefficient. The method can calculate the total friction within the entire length of the tendons, but also calculate the friction loss at any given point. In this paper, a simple calculation example is clearly illustrated by the example 2, and the calculation result is very close to the traditional approximation method. This provides a simple and approximate method for the friction loss of long-span prestressed beams, especially for the calculation of the friction loss under site conditions.
