在市场经济条件下,湖北省高校历史学专业总体上还在积极向前发展,但是也存在比较突出的问题:历史学专业地位过度边缘化,人才培养与市场需求的对接在短时期内成问题,专业师资队伍建设滞后于人才培养的需要,人才培养模式单一,学校教学管理刻板,不利于人才培养。要解决这些问题,政策性扶持与规范化管理缺一不可,应突破传统的历史学专业教学模式,寻求外向性协作教学的可能,合理调整人才培养方案,加大对实践性教学的投入,将学生能力的提高落到实处,合理引导历史学专业学生形成积极的学习和就业预期,师资队伍建设要注意跟进和引进。
Under the conditions of market economy, the history major of colleges and universities in Hubei Province is still actively developing on the whole, but there are also some outstanding problems: the position of historiography is excessively marginalized, the connection between talent cultivation and market demand becomes a problem in a short period of time , The construction of professional faculty members lags behind the need of personnel training, the mode of personnel training is single, and the teaching management in schools is rigid, which is not conducive to personnel training. To solve these problems, both policy support and standardized management are indispensable. We should break through the traditional teaching mode of history major and seek the possibility of extroverted collaborative teaching. We should rationally adjust the personnel training program and increase the investment in practical teaching, The improvement of abilities should be implemented in a down-to-earth manner, and students of history should be properly guided to form positive expectations of learning and employment. Teachers’ contingent construction should be followed up and introduced.
