In the process of the development of modern enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises, there is no doubt that the staff and workers have played an important role that can not be ignored. Therefore, it is very important for an enterprise to establish a harmonious labor relationship between the enterprise and its employees, which is beneficial to the long-term development of the enterprise. Among them, the trade unions in enterprises have played an active role in building a harmonious labor relationship.
