高层高密建筑群普遍存在于现代城市中,大量人工建造物的存在加剧了城市建筑群微环境的热堆积,造成建筑群内热环境恶化。本文选自上海某建筑群,对相连建筑形成的半包围空间的热环境进行夏季实测研究,分析该空间内温度分布。结果显示,建筑围护结构与地面的蓄热对其附近空气层温度的影响非常显著。在本文的研究范围内,该影响区域在阳光直射区为3 m,阴影区为2 m,地面蓄热对空气温度的的影响高度为10 m。该结论为室外热环境的调节与建筑群设计提供依据。
The high-rise high-density buildings are common in modern cities. The presence of a large number of artificial structures aggravates the heat accumulation in the micro-environment of urban buildings and causes the thermal environment in the buildings to deteriorate. This article is selected from a group of buildings in Shanghai. The thermal environment in the semi-enclosed space formed by the connected buildings is measured in summer and the temperature distribution in the space is analyzed. The results show that the impact of building envelope and ground heat storage on the temperature of air layer near it is significant. Within the scope of this study, the impact area is 3 m in direct sunlight and 2 m in shaded area. The influence of surface heat storage on air temperature is 10 m. The conclusion provides the basis for the regulation of the outdoor thermal environment and the design of the buildings.
