通过分析全留沟-搭桥、全留沟、半留沟各自的特点,从技术和经济上对3种内排土场留沟方案进行比选,得出需要修筑1条连接首采区东端帮与内排土场东部的运输道路,即采用全留沟-搭桥措施,来缩短卡车运距,降低运输成本,减少电铲的二次剥离量,提高作业效率。综上,从技术经济角度建议采用全留沟-搭桥方案,确保黑岱沟露天煤矿转向顺利进行。
