自从1980年高校开始设置秘书专业以来,取得了突出的办学业绩,为社会培养了大批秘书人才。但是,最近几年,秘书专业的毕业生就业出现了困难,秘书专业的招生也因此陷入了低谷,以至高校秘书专业渐显萎缩之势,许多院校陆续停办了秘书专业。而据有关资料表明,目前合格的秘书人才依然匮乏。一方面,社会需要大批高素质的秘书人才;另一方面,有不少秘书专业毕业生在人才市场上受到冷落。高校秘书教育陷入了一个比较尴尬的困境。走进新世纪,如何抓住机遇,加快步伐,走出困境,是高校秘书教育发展的关键所在。通过我们对用人单位和秘书专业毕业生的走访调查,我们发现造成秘书专业毕业生在人才市场上“滞销”局面的原因
Since 1980, when colleges and universities started to set up secretarial programs, they have achieved outstanding achievements in running schools and trained a large number of secretarial talents for the society. However, in recent years, there have been difficulties in obtaining employment for secretarial graduates. As a result, the enrollment of secretarial specialists has plunged into the bottom. As a result, the secretarial specialty in colleges and universities has been gradually shrinking. Many colleges and universities have successively closed the secretarial profession. According to the information, the current qualified personnel are still scarce. On the one hand, the community needs a large number of high-quality secretary talents; on the other hand, many secretarial graduates are left out in the talent market. College secretary education has fallen into a rather embarrassing predicament. In the new century, how to seize the opportunity, accelerate the pace and get out of the predicament is the key to the development of secretarial education in colleges and universities. Through our survey of employers and secretarial graduates, we found that the reason why secretarial graduates are “unsalable” in the talent market
