本文分析了18Cr2Ni4WA、42CrMo、40Cr、20Cr13等四种钢材经调质后的物理、机械性能及切削加工性,并探讨了影响断屑的种种因素。为解决18Cr2Ni4WA等材料的断屑问题,设计了10种断屑槽,通过试验,其中以8号断屑槽最为理想。在8号断屑槽槽形基础上,设计成在仿形机床上粗车用的4191OY’刀片,半精车用的T31905Y’刀片。这两种刀片适合于上述4种合金钢材的粗车、半精车,有良好的断屑性能,有广泛的实用价值和良好的经济效益。
In this paper, the physical, mechanical properties and machinability of four steels, 18Cr2Ni4WA, 42CrMo, 40Cr and 20Cr13 after quenching and tempering, were analyzed. Various factors influencing chip breaking were also discussed. In order to solve the problem of chip breaking of materials such as 18Cr2Ni4WA, 10 kinds of chipbreaking slots were designed and passed the test. The chipbreaker No. 8 is the most ideal one. On the basis of slotted flute No. 8, a 4191OY ’blade designed for roughing on a profiling machine and a T31905Y’ blade for a semi-finished car are designed. These two kinds of blades are suitable for the above four kinds of alloy steel rough car, semi-fine car, have good chip breaking performance, has a wide range of practical value and good economic benefits.
