随着我国公路及市政工程的快速发展,大跨度变截面箱梁越来越多被采用,尤其是在跨越河流、道路等对桥下净空要求高的情况下,更成为常见桥型。一直以来,我国该类桥梁基本采用悬臂浇注法施工,但该种方法的工期相对较长,随着我过公路及市政行业的发展,桥梁工程数量和规模急剧增加,桥梁施工往往成为工期的控制节点,因此很多情况下都要求桥梁的施工进度必须加快,以缩短工期。采用悬浇施工往往会影响工程进度,而改用大节段支架现浇法施工能有效的解决这个问题。本文采用某工程实例对这2种施工方法从工期、受力分析及设计细节等方面进行对比分析。
With the rapid development of highway and municipal engineering in our country, more and more large-span variable section box girders are adopted, especially when the requirements of clearance under the bridge are high, such as crossing rivers and roads. All along, the basic types of bridges in our country are constructed by cantilever casting method, but the construction period of this method is relatively long. With the development of the highway and municipal industry, the number and size of bridge projects increase sharply, and bridge construction often becomes the control of the construction period Therefore, in many cases, the bridge construction schedule must be accelerated to shorten the construction period. The use of cantilever construction will often affect the progress of the project, but the use of large-segment cast-in-place construction method can effectively solve this problem. In this paper, an engineering example of these two kinds of construction methods from the duration, stress analysis and design details of comparative analysis.
