发育相关的信号通路也在肿瘤发生和转化中发挥着重要作用,发育相关的信号通路的异常被认为是维持和促进肿瘤干细胞增殖的一个重要因素。最近在脑肿瘤和脑肿瘤干细胞的研究发现有参与神经发育的经典信号通路表达异常,其中包括Wnt,Notch,Hedgehog和TGF-β/BMP信号通路。调节这些通路可能为脑肿瘤的治疗开辟新的途径。本文主要综述与神经发育相关的信号通路Wnt,Notch,Hedgehog,TGF-β/BMP信号通路在脑肿瘤中的作用,重点探讨这些通路对脑肿瘤干细胞导致肿瘤发生和生长的调节作用。
Developmental signaling pathways also play an important role in tumorigenesis and transformation. Abnormalities in developmental signaling pathways are considered as an important factor in the maintenance and promotion of cancer stem cell proliferation. Recent studies in brain and brain tumor stem cells found abnormal expression of classical signaling pathways involved in neural development, including Wnt, Notch, Hedgehog, and TGF-β / BMP signaling pathways. Regulating these pathways may open up new avenues for the treatment of brain tumors. This review mainly focuses on the role of Wnt, Notch, Hedgehog, and TGF-β / BMP signaling pathways in brain neoplasm related to neurodevelopment, and focuses on the regulation of these pathways on tumorigenesis and growth of brain tumor stem cells.
