将用高能球磨法制取的亚微米 纳米晶粒WC Co粉,采用脉冲电流在不同温度下加热烧结。结果表明,在1200℃真空烧结3min可以获得致密的块状亚微米 纳米晶粒WC Co硬质合金,而WC晶粒无明显长大,其硬度高达HRA94。温度过低则组织疏松,过高则WC晶粒发生再结晶长大。
The sub-micron nanocrystalline WC Co powder prepared by the high-energy ball milling method is heated and sintered at different temperatures by a pulse current. The results show that the compact massive submicron nanocrystalline WC Co cemented carbide can be obtained by vacuum sintering at 1200 ℃ for 3min, while the WC grains do not grow obviously and the hardness reaches as high as HRA94. The temperature is too low loose organization, too high WC grain recrystallization grew up.
