我厂在压制四氟密封垫时,原采用手工操作的油压千斤顶顶压成形,工人劳动强度大。于是,结合本厂实际情况,考虑用压缩空气作动力源,用气缸代替千斤顶,试制成功了气液增压器,它体积小、耗气量少,输出压力能达3400公斤力。在压机上采用这套装置后,大大降低了劳动强度,操作简便,并且产量、质量都有提高,深受操作者欢迎。本文简单介绍一下气液增压器的结构原理和有关计算等。
