毁伤了14只大白鼠的不同皮质区,用改进的 Nauta 法和 Fink-Heimer 银染法追踪大脑皮质与耳蜗神经核的下行纤维联系,结果如下:1.毁伤一侧大脑皮质听区或躯体感觉Ⅰ区(S Ⅰ区)后,在双侧耳蜗神经核中出现变性纤维,证明上述皮质区与耳蜗神经核闯有直接的下行纤维联系。2.毁伤大脑皮质躯体运动区或视区后,在耳蜗神经核中不出现变性纤维,说明耳蜗神经核不直接从此等皮质区接受下行纤维。3.大脑皮质与耳蜗神经核的联系途径是:发自本侧听区或 SⅠ区的下行纤维进入内囊和大脑脚底时,其中的部分纤维向背方降至中脑网状结构外侧部,然后通过外侧丘系和背侧听纹进入本侧耳蜗神经核。对侧耳蜗神经核也通过背侧听纹接受皮质纤维,这些纤维可能是在后连合、上丘连合和下丘连合越边的。
