应用彩色多普勒超声技术测定了227例正常妊娠妇女(454只眼),32例正常非妊娠妇女(64只眼)的眼动脉血流参数。结果显示:正常妊娠妇女的左、右侧眼动脉的 D、Vmax、Vmean、Vmin 都明显高于正常非妊娠妇女,差异有明显意义(P<0.01),但 RI、PI 则无差异(P>0.05)。然而,在不同孕期间,RI、D 也无差异(P>0.05)。上述各血流参数在妊娠和非妊娠时,左、右两眼间均无差异(P>0.05)。本文结果为彩色多普勒超声检测引起妊娠妇女眼动脉血流动力学异常改变的疾病提供了参考依据。
Color Doppler ultrasound was used to determine the ophthalmic arterial blood flow parameters in 227 normal pregnant women (454 eyes) and 32 normal nonpregnant women (64 eyes). The results showed that D, Vmax, Vmean and Vmin of left and right eye arteries of normal pregnant women were significantly higher than those of normal non-pregnant women (P <0.01), but there was no difference between RI and PI (P> 0.05). However, there was no difference between RI and D during different pregnancy (P> 0.05). The blood flow parameters in the pregnancy and non-pregnancy, left and right no difference between the two eyes (P> 0.05). The results of this paper provide a reference for color Doppler ultrasound detection of abnormal changes in the ophthalmic artery hemodynamics of pregnant women.
