由上海中医学院所建立的“人体胃腺癌(SGC-7901)裸小鼠模型”于1986年10月25日在上海通过鉴定,到会的有关肿瘤和裸鼠方面的专家教授一致认为上海中医学院采用国内建立的细胞株建成胃腺癌裸小鼠模型,为国内开展基础研究和实验治疗方面提供了比较理想的工具。现经皮下接种5代,腹腔接种19代,井在上海药物研究所的协助下,通过一年多时间的观察,可见在裸鼠体内生长的肿瘤经病理切片、染色体、组化、及超微结构等检查仍然保持着人体胃腺癌细胞的特征。该模型传代方便,造模时间较短,有利于加快药物筛选进程。裸鼠带瘤生存期衡定,如以1,000万细胞数接种于裸鼠皮下,则可长成实体癌,接种于腹腔即可形成腹水癌,移植成功率为100%。
The “Stomach Model of Human Gastric Adenocarcinoma (SGC-7901)” established by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was identified in Shanghai on October 25th, 1986. The experts and professors of cancer and nude mice at the conference unanimously agreed that Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine The establishment of a nude mouse model of gastric adenocarcinoma using established cell lines in China provides an ideal tool for conducting basic research and experimental treatment in China. Now it has been subcutaneously vaccinated for 5 generations and inoculated intraperitoneally for 19 generations. With the assistance of the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, more than one year’s worth of observations showed that the tumors grown in nude mice were pathologically sectioned, chromosomes, histochemical, and ultramicroscopic. Structural tests still maintain the characteristics of human gastric adenocarcinoma cells. The model is easy to pass and the time for making the model is short, which is helpful for accelerating the drug screening process. The survival time of tumors in nude mice is constant. If 10 million cells are inoculated subcutaneously in nude mice, they can grow into solid cancers. Inoculation in the abdominal cavity can form ascites cancer and the success rate of transplantation is 100%.
