民营企业人力资源管理存在问题及策略研究

人力资源是第一生产力,人力资源也是企业战略目标实现的基础保障。民营企业在人力资源管理历来是非常薄弱和滞后,随着经济的发展,找出人力资源管理存在的问题,提高人力资源管理水平,也成为民营企业关注的重点。文章结合民营企业人力资源管理问题,就如何解决这些问题提出了建设性的建议。 Human resources are the primary productive forces, and human resources are also the basic guarantee for the realization of the strategic goals of the enterprises. Privately-owned enterprises have always been very weak and lagging behind in human resources management. With the development of economy, finding out problems existing in human resource management and improving the level of human resources management has also become the focus of private enterprises. Combining with the problems of human resources management in private enterprises, the article puts forward constructive suggestions on how to solve these problems.
