肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)是晚期肝癌的重要非手术治疗手段,然而晚期肝癌介入术后,癌细胞及癌组织会通过肝外侧枝动脉供血继续生长,造成了肝癌介入术后的肿瘤的复发和转移。此文通过对近年来国内外报道发现的肝癌介入术后肝外侧枝动脉供血的供血动脉进行总结,通过对肝脏正常供血和肝癌侧枝供血动脉的认识,结合CTA等影像学技术,运用超选择性TACE方案,以提高晚期肝癌的入治疗效果,现对此方面的研究进展予以综述。
Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) is an important non-surgical treatment for advanced liver cancer. However, after advanced liver cancer intervention, cancer cells and cancerous tissues continue to grow through the extra-hepatic artery, resulting in the recurrence of tumors after liver cancer intervention And transfer. This article summarizes the blood supply arteries of the extrahepatic collateral artery after liver cancer intervention reported in recent years. Through the understanding of the normal liver blood supply and the hepatic artery blood supply, combined with CTA and other imaging techniques, using super selective TACE program to improve the treatment of advanced liver cancer, the progress of this research are reviewed.
