胆碱能神经在镇痛中的影响,早已为人们所重视。近年来在针麻原理研究中又发现在针刺镇痛的同时脑内乙酰胆碱(ACh)含量和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性升高,提示胆碱能神经参予针刺镇痛。为了进一步研究胆碱能神经在针刺镇痛中的作用,本文用拟胆碱药——毒扁豆碱抑制胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性以提高乙酰胆碱有效浓度的方法,对ACh在针刺镇痛中的作用作进一步的观察和探讨。
The influence of cholinergic nerves in analgesia has long been valued by people. In recent years, in the study of acupuncture principle, it has also been found that the content of acetylcholine (ACh) and the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in the brain increase at the time of acupuncture analgesia, suggesting that cholinergic nerve participates in acupuncture analgesia. In order to further study the role of cholinergic nerves in acupuncture analgesia, this article used the method of inhibiting cholinesterase (ChE) activity with physostigmine, a method to increase the effective concentration of acetylcholine, and ACh in acupuncture.
