随着甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶液在石油化工行业的应用,企业对MDEA湿法脱硫工艺的安全、平稳、节能运行控制度要求越来越高。本文结合塔河油田三号联轻烃处理站MDEA脱硫工艺装置的运行情况和实际操作经验,对工艺参数的控制、溶液质量、吸收塔结构等相关因素作了一些探讨,总结了影响MDEA湿法脱硫效果的主要因素,以及这些因素是如何产生影响的。
With the application of Methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) solution in the petrochemical industry, enterprises are demanding more and more control over the safe, stable and energy-saving operation of the MDEA wet desulfurization process. In this paper, the operating conditions and practical experience of the MDEA desulfurization plant at No.3 Lianliankai Hydrocarbon Treatment Station in Tahe Oilfield are discussed in this paper. Some related factors such as the control of process parameters, the quality of the solution and the structure of the absorption tower are discussed. Desulfurization effect of the main factors, and how these factors have an impact.
