沿着我国职业教育发展的历史脉络,梳理师生关系演变,可以分为基于家庭教育的亲缘关系、基于官府教育的权力关系、基于行会教育的利益关系和基于学校教育的法定关系四个阶段;比较不同时期职业教育的主要特征,以及教育形式制约下的师生角色,进一步挖掘师生社会关系形成的原因及驱动力等。以史观今,从我国职业教育师生关系演变轨迹中探讨现代师生关系的历史成因。
According to the historical context of the development of vocational education in our country and the evolution of the relationship between teachers and students, it can be divided into four stages: kinship based on family education, power relationship based on government education, interest relationship based on guild education and statutory relationship based on school education ; Compare the main characteristics of vocational education in different periods and the roles of teachers and students under the restriction of educational forms to further explore the reasons and driving forces for the formation of social relations between teachers and students. With the view of history and today, this paper explores the historical causes of the modern teacher-student relationship from the evolution of the relationship between teachers and students in our country’s vocational education.
