本文用ELISA方法检测了西安地区53例婴幼儿秋季腹泻大便中的HRV抗原,其中阳性31例(58％)。总结了该组病例的特点,提出了与其它文献报道的不同之处。治疗结果揭示:潘生丁对此病有较好的疗效。
In this paper, we detected the HRV antigens in 53 cases of infantile diarrhea stools in Xi’an with 31 cases (58%) positive by ELISA method. Summarized the characteristics of the group of cases, put forward the differences with other reports. Treatment results reveal: Dipyridamole has a better effect on the disease.
