兴趣是培养学生学习体育知识最好的老师,也是激发学生参与各项体育活动的动力。学生参加体育活动兴趣的高低,直接影响着其参与体育活动的积极性和自觉性;同时也决定了学生课余体育活动的锻炼效果。文章从社会文化因素、人的因素、环境因素等几个方面,对遵义师范学院女生课余体育活动兴趣进行归因分析,提出培养学生的课余活动兴趣的途径与方法,以提高锻炼效果,为学生树立终身体育的锻炼意识打下良好的基础。
Interest is to train students to learn the best physical education teacher, but also to stimulate students to participate in various sports activities. Students participate in the level of interest in sports directly affects their enthusiasm and awareness of participation in sports activities; also determines the physical activity of students after school exercise effect. This article analyzes attribution of female students’ interest in extracurricular sports activities from aspects of social and cultural factors, human factors and environmental factors, and puts forward ways and means to cultivate their interest in extracurricular activities in order to improve the training effect for students Establish lifelong physical training awareness and lay a good foundation.
