支气管囊肿是胚胎发育时期气管支气管树分支异常的罕见畸形,通常认为与妊娠时期肺芽细胞的异常分离发育有关~([1])。其可发于任何年龄,以小儿多见。虽为良性病变,但屡有嚢肿恶变之报道~([2])。因此一经确诊,如无手术禁忌均应外科手术治疗~([3])。本文回顾性分析西安市儿童医院普外一科2012年1月至2013年9月12例支气管嚢肿行手术治疗患儿的临床资料,旨在探讨完全胸腔镜下切除支气管囊肿的 Bronchial cysts are rare abnormalities in the branch of the tracheobronchial tree during embryonic development and are generally thought to be related to the abnormal development of the pulmonary bud cells during pregnancy (1).
