运用心理学研究方法对大学生体育舞蹈教学训练过程中情绪应激与心境状态的变化情况进行研究,采用心理学量表进行测量,主要有简氏POMS情绪量表和心境状态量表。通过测量大学生在体育舞蹈教学训练中各种情绪因素,反应心境状态的积极或消极变化。体育舞蹈具有较高的娱乐性和锻炼价值,通过身体、动作和心理的交流是大学生的积极情绪的到提高,对心境状态的改善效果显著,大学生体育舞蹈教学可以有效的促进了学生身体和心理健康的发展。
Psychological research methods were used to study the changes of emotional stress and state of mind during the training of college students’ PE dance. Psychological scales were used to measure the changes, including the Jane’s POMS emotion scale and mood state scale. By measuring college students in sports dance teaching and training in a variety of emotional factors, the state of the reaction state of the positive or negative changes. The sports dance has a higher value of entertaining and training. The exchange of body, action and psychology is the improvement of the positive emotions of college students, and the improvement of the state of mind is remarkable. The teaching of physical dance for college students can effectively promote the students’ body and mind Healthy development.
