随着现代社会竞争的日益激烈,企业竞争已从产品、服务、市场逐步过渡到人力资源竞争,因此,激励机制的建立与完善成为各专家学者探讨和研究的热点。为此,本文以薪酬激励对企业管理的作用为切入点,分析了企业薪酬激励机制常见问题,并综合理论与实际经验提出了优化薪酬激励机制的可行建议,以期与同行交流探讨,共促进步。
With the increasingly fierce competition in modern society and the gradual transition of enterprise competition from products, services and markets to the competition of human resources, the establishment and perfection of incentive mechanism has become a hot topic for all experts and scholars. Therefore, this paper takes the role of salary incentive to enterprise management as an entry point, analyzes the common problems of the enterprise salary incentive mechanism, and puts forward the feasible suggestions of optimizing the salary incentive mechanism based on the theory and practical experience so as to discuss and exchange with the counterparts .
