目的了解松江城区德国小蠊对5种常用杀虫剂的抗药性,以便科学、合理地使用杀虫剂。方法捕获德国小蠊试虫,实验室饲养一代,采用果酱瓶药膜法测定对杀虫剂的半数击倒时间(KT50),并与敏感品系的KT50比较得到抗性倍数来评价抗性水平。结果溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯抗性倍数最高,分别为8.42和5.54,低抗性;其次是氯菊酯和残杀威,抗性倍数分别为2.7和2.29,为低抗;而乙酰甲胺磷的抗性倍数最低,为1.14,属敏感。结论松江城区德国小蠊对5种杀虫剂有不同程度的抗药性。应注意轮换用药,每两三年全面开展一次抗药性监测,并采用多种方法综合防治蟑螂。
Objective To understand the resistance of Blattella germanica to five kinds of commonly used insecticides in Songjiang urban area in order to use pesticides scientifically and reasonably. Methods The test insects of German cockroach were captured and kept in the laboratory for one generation. The half-knock-down time (KT50) of insecticide was determined by the method of jam-bottle membrane assay. The resistance ratio was also compared with KT50 of susceptible strain to evaluate the resistance level. Results Deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin showed the highest resistance fold of 8.42 and 5.54 respectively, followed by permethrin and propoxur, with resistance ratios of 2.7 and 2.29, respectively, as low resistance; while acephate The lowest multiple of resistance, 1.14, is sensitive. Conclusion The Blattella germanica in Songjiang District has different levels of resistance to five kinds of insecticides. Should pay attention to rotation of medication, a full biennial drug resistance monitoring, and the use of a variety of integrated cockroach prevention and treatment.
