微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是高度保守的非蛋白编码的RNA,可调节基因的表达。研究表明骨髓原始及幼稚造血细胞的增殖与分化异常是很多血液系统疾病的骨髓学特点;而miRNA参与骨髓造血调控,并且与血液系统疾病的发生存在密切的关系。本文着重综述miRNA对粒细胞增殖和分化的调控。
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are highly conserved non-protein-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression. Studies have shown that the abnormal proliferation and differentiation of primitive and naive hematopoietic cells in the bone marrow is a myelopathic feature of many hematological diseases. However, miRNAs are involved in the regulation of hematopoiesis and are closely related to the occurrence of hematological diseases. This article focuses on the regulation of miRNAs on granulocyte proliferation and differentiation.
