将伊朗原油小于350℃馏分切割成每10℃的窄馏分和四个宽馏分,按溶剂油、煤油和柴油方案配制成48个样品,实测了宽馏分的闭口闪点、密度、馏程、折射率和运动粘度等物性,考察了宽馏分闪点与其它物性之间的相互关系,提出了预测宽馏分闪点的三个关联式,结果表明三个关联式预测闪点的平均绝对误差均小于2.0℃,可满足设计和工程计算的需要。
48 samples of Iranian crude oil less than 350 ℃ were cut into narrow fractions of 10 ℃ and four wide fractions respectively. The closed flashpoint, density, distillation range, refractive index Rate and kinematic viscosity, the relationship between the flash point of the wide fraction and other physical properties was investigated. Three correlations for predicting the flash point of the wide fraction were proposed. The results showed that the average absolute errors of the predicted flash points of the three correlation equations were all less than 2.0 ℃, to meet the design and engineering needs.
