35B钢成分与35钢相近,但35钢作为冷拨材未要求力学性能,只要求作硬度检查。而35B则要求光亮退火后的力学性能(表1)。生产中冷拔35B钢常发生抗张强度不稳和硬度不够均匀。为了改善35B的性能,重新制订了工艺方案,取得了良好效果。一、试验条件试验坯料为45毫米冷拔到44.5毫米,在罩式炉内进行热处理。热处理工艺为670℃2小时,炉冷2小时出炉。按7%、11%、13%和19%的减面率进行冷拔。测试冷拔态机械性能。再分别按380℃、520℃、600℃和65℃,保温4小时进行光亮退火。其成
