目的分析Elekta Synergy医用电子直线加速器临床运行1年的故障发生原因和频率,以更好地了解设备性能。方法对中山大学附属第一医院1台Elekta Synergy医用电子直线加速器临床使用1年内,机械和软件上的故障次数及故障致功能停用或停机时间进行统计,并对其原因和频率进行分析总结。结果研究显示X射线容积成像影像系统故障最常见(11次,23.40%),机械运动故障次之(9次,19.15%);电路一类故障虽发生率不高,但致功能停用或停机时间较长。结论通过该研究可更好地了解Elekta Synergy医用加速器的故障规律和机械性能,为日后设备的保养维护工作提供参考。
Objective To analyze the causes and frequency of 1 year clinical failure of Elekta Synergy medical linear accelerator to better understand the performance of the equipment. Methods The number of failures in mechanical and software and the disable or downtime of malfunction caused by the failure of one Elekta Synergy medical linear accelerator in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University during one year were analyzed. The causes and frequencies of the failures were analyzed. Results The study showed that X-ray imaging imaging system was the most common (11 times, 23.40%), followed by mechanical movement (9 times, 19.15%). Conclusion This study provides a better understanding of the failure behavior and mechanical properties of Elekta Synergy medical accelerators and provides a reference for future maintenance and servicing of equipment.
