目的:建立结石康胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent TC-C_(18)反相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH至6.0)(35:65)为流动相;流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长为280 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:延胡索乙素线性范围为0.088~0.788μg(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均加样回收率为99.4%,RSD1.1%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于结石康胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of tetrahydropalmatine in jelly tablet. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (adjusted to pH 6.0 with triethylamine) (35:65) using an Agilent TC-C 18 reverse phase column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The linear range of Tetrahydropalmatine was 0.088 ~ 0.788μg (r = 0.999 9, n = 5). The average recovery was 99.4% and RSD was 1.1% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used to determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine in JST.
