为探寻柑桔体内游离氨基酸对低磷胁迫的响应,在砂培条件下,以土桔Citrus chuana和枳Poncirus trifoliata为材料,研究不同供磷水平下柑桔体内游离氨基酸组成与含量的差异。结果表明,与正常供磷(1 mmol/L)相比,低磷(0.2mmol/L)胁迫后2种柑桔根系和地上部的总游离氨基酸含量均显著下降。低磷胁迫后,在枳根系中含量降幅最大的游离氨基酸为羟脯氨酸,土桔根系降幅最大的为异亮氨酸;除土桔根系在低磷胁迫后新产生了鸟氨酸外,精氨酸是在2种柑桔根系中含量升幅最大的游离氨基酸。低磷胁迫后,除土桔地上部检测不到甲硫氨酸外,2种柑桔地上部降幅最大的游离氨基酸为谷氨酸;2种柑桔地上部升幅最大的游离氨基酸为鸟氨酸。
In order to explore the response of free amino acids in citrus leaves to low-P stress, Citrus chuana and Poncirus trifoliata were used as materials to study the difference of composition and content of free amino acids in citrus fruits under different phosphorus supply levels. The results showed that the content of total free amino acids in roots and shoots of two citrus species decreased significantly under low phosphorus (0.2mmol / L) stress compared with that of normal phosphorus supply (1 mmol / L). After low-P stress, the free amino acid with the largest decrease in the roots of trifoliate orange was hydroxyproline, the isoleucine with the largest decrease in the roots of the soil orange; Arginine is the free amino acid with the largest increase in the contents of two citrus roots. After low-P stress, the free amino acids with the largest decrease in aerial parts of the two kinds of citrus were glutamic acid, except that methionine could not be detected in the upper part of the soil.
