本文对表征碳纤維表面及界面的技术作一综述。介绍了以拉曼光谱,拉曼显微探斜和银涂层技术为主的两种新技术。这两种新技术用于研究碳纤维的不均匀结构,对碳纤维表面分别进行表面敏感分析,对碳纤维尝试用二次离予质谱(SIMS)定量分析低浓度元素及测定深度方向的分布情况。利用SIMS图象也可以得到单根纤维的深度方向分布图。
This article reviews the techniques for characterizing carbon fiber surfaces and interfaces. Two new techniques based on Raman spectroscopy, Raman microscopy and silver coating technology are introduced. The two new techniques are used to study the heterogeneous structure of carbon fiber, the surface sensitivity of the carbon fiber surface were analyzed separately, carbon fiber try to use secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) quantitative analysis of low concentrations of elements and determine the distribution of the depth direction. The depth profile of individual fibers can also be obtained using SIMS images.
