用缓释投递系统对疫苗剂型进行改造是目前WHO和PVD等国际卫生组织非常关注的课题之一,而以PLPG作为疫苗缓释投递材料又是近年来国外研究最多、应用最广、被认为最有前途的疫苗投递系统,本文主要从PLPG的化学合成与代谢、PLPG微颗粒的制备方法、PLPG微颗粒增强免疫应答的机理及在人体使用的安全性等方面作了介绍。
