报告局部注射 Ａ 型肉毒杆菌毒素治疗１８ 例眼睑、面肌痉挛的近期疗效。１８ 例患者平均病程９４ 年，发作强度 Ⅳ 级１６ 例、Ⅲ级２ 例。首次注射后即获满意疗效，观察１０ ～２４ 周未见复发。认为该疗法有操作简便，副作用轻、见效快等优点。
Report the local injection of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of 18 cases of eyelid, hemifacial spasm recent curative effect. 18 patients with an average duration of 9 4 years, attack intensity Ⅳ grade in 16 cases, Ⅲ grade in 2 cases. After the first injection, satisfactory efficacy was observed. No recurrence was observed after 10 to 24 weeks. That the therapy is simple, side effects, quick and so on.
