目的调查乳腺癌术后化疗患者对化疗不良反应知识掌握程度及生活质量状况,分析两者之间的关系,为提高乳腺癌术后化疗患者的生活质量提供护理依据。方法随机抽样方法选择2009年2月-7月期间入住肿瘤外科的乳腺癌术后化疗患者60例,发放调查问卷,将所得资料进行统计学分析。结果乳腺癌术后化疗患者生活质量的总体评分为68.04分,化疗不良反应知识掌握程度的总体评分为16.38分,与生活质量总体评分及各维度成正相关。结论护理人员应加强化疗不良反应防护知识的健康宣教与专业指导,提高乳腺癌术后化疗患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the degree of mastery of knowledge of adverse reactions and quality of life of patients with postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer and to analyze the relationship between the two and provide the basis for improving the quality of life of patients with postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer. Methods Sixty patients with postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer admitted to the department of oncology from February 2009 to July 2009 were selected randomly. The questionnaires were distributed and the data were statistically analyzed. Results The overall score of postoperative chemotherapy for patients with breast cancer was 68.04, and the overall score of knowledgeable degree of chemotherapy was 16.38, which was positively correlated with overall quality of life score and each dimension. Conclusion Nurses should strengthen the health education and professional guidance on the knowledge of chemotherapy and adverse reaction protection, and improve the quality of life of postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer.
