本院从1960年4月-1963年4月,三年内共收容脊髓肿瘤12例。计男性10例,女2例,平均年龄33岁。经过病理检查者10例,计神经纤维瘤9例,室管膜瘤1例。属于髓外硬膜内者8例,葫芦型者2例,髓内肿瘤2例。肿瘤位于颈段者5例,胸段者6例,马尾部1例。临床症状:呈根性疼痛者6例,束带紧缚感者2例。感觉障碍轻重不同,计下肢感觉异常者3例,下肢及躯干客观感觉減退或消失者8例,躯干有感觉平面者5例,有轻截瘫者3例,下肢肌力減退者6例,脊髓局部压痛者5例。行辅助检查中,腰穿8例,脊髓液压力最高者150mmH_2O,最低者为零,3例色泽变黄,蛋白均有不同程度的增加,其中一例最高者达3.6gm％。经脊髓碘油造形7例,未发生
