低压输电导线保护套管一般是采用经热浸镀锌处理的薄壁焊管。根据国内的生产实际情况,若采用常规的热浸镀锌工艺,很难达到技术规范的要求。产品的主要缺陷为镀锌层厚度不均匀;弯曲检验时镀层易产生碎裂;耐硫酸铜腐蚀试验次数偏少。经反复实践,我们认识到,除原材料化学成份、黑管生产工艺所造成的轻微影响之外,热浸镀锌过程中的温度是造成镀层质量差的关键性因素。
